Responsibilities may include supervising part-time staff; managing operations and/or events; and monitoring compliance with regulations.
PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT:
Camp Dearborn in Milford, Michigan DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (These duties are a representative sample; position assignments may vary.
) Supervises part-time staff to include:
prioritizing and assigning work; coordinating staff training; and supporting personnel procedures.
Manages operations and/or events, including:
coordinating and executing marketing strategies for all aspects of the department; preparing marketing materials; facilitating banquet events; planning maintenance and repair work; maintaining inventory of supplies; overseeing social media outlets for department; and performing related tasks.
Monitors compliance of operations, including:
reviewing vendor payments for compliance with contracts; facilitating contract reviews with the legal department; and performing related tasks.
Prepares budgets for assigned areas; processes purchase order and related payments.
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance, including attendance at required meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE:
Applicable systems and equipment; Supervisory principles; Applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; Marketing principles; Social media knowledge; Budgetary principles.

Developing marketing strategies; Managing operations; Supervising staff; Utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, and others sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Positions in this class typically require:
climbing, balancing, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, and seeing.
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING/LICENSING REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field and 3 years of related experience; or, Associate's degree and 5 years of related experience; or, all required certification(s) and 5 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
