Responsibilities:
Lead agency team and coordinate with clients and creative team to develop monthly/quarterly campaigns and strategy and implement them for social.
Manage 5
clients social pages including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok Manage content calendars, content scheduling, and social community interactions Provide and interpret monthly reports Campaigns and Planning Create and manage and schedule social media content calendars Interpret brands objectives, voice and aesthetic to assist in campaign development and adapt to monthly and yearly social media planning calendars Develop and own briefs to prep the creative team to create engaging, on-brand, and meaningful content for each client.
Community Management Ensure the flawless execution of response times and content delivery in an authentic brand voice.
Collect and organize User Generated Content assets and facilitate permissions for use Develop in-the-moment content Strategy & Reporting Assist in defining social media strategy across all channels with the objective to meet client goals.
Create monthly reports and summarize highlights and recommendations for further growth Monitor KPIs in real-time to optimize and pivot strategies, tactics, and content development.
Stay up to date on ongoing social trends and best practices to inspire new campaigns Requirements:
4-year bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 5-7 years of previous social media and/or marketing experience required.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, a problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and initiative, work efficiently and strategically while balance competing priorities.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills including the ability to stay positive.
Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills.
Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Working knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
Experience with Sprout Social, Falcon, Hootsuite, and other similar platforms is a plus.
