Position SummaryPosition Summary and Special Duties:
Operate Insert Molding Machine (IMS) to established standards for Safety, Quality and Production requirements.
Essential Functions:
Run IMS machines and perform setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as required.
Must train and be capable of running all machines as instructed (i.e. Dec Machine, BSA, etc.).
Perform all material handling related functions including loading and remove parts from machines
Communicate in a timely manner to team leaders and mechanics.
Be able to move (push, pull, or otherwise manipulate) materials up to 30 lbs.
Perform repetitive operations following standard methods or direct instructions requiring the use of some judgment in detecting and clearing misloaded parts. Insure a constant flow of components as necessary to run machines.
Be alert to detect and remove defective material and follow SDN work instructions for non-conforming material.
Report unusual conditions or faulty operations to proper supervision in a timely manner.
Must fill out all paperwork completely as required
Specific AccountabilitiesENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH AND SAFETY
Responsibilities:
Be aware of and follow the Environmental Policy and EH&S work instructions/procedures that apply to the job.
Perform every job safely, for the benefit of self, co-workers, contractors, and for the protection of facilities. This includes the use of required personal protective equipment and use of safety equipment/devices, guarding, as well as safe work practices.
Actively participate in safety meetings and training.
Maintain work area in safe condition by ensuring the work area is clean and orderly
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Responsibilities:
Colleagues are responsible for their own quality and that of colleagues within their span of control
Colleagues are responsible to follow all established Quality procedures and instructions.
Notify supervision for corrective action if and when defects are found and/or parts/processes do not conform to specifications.
Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
